all nighter i hope..

monday is my last final for the summer - Sales.  it's basically like "contracts 102", so i've been told.
that friggin class was brutal b/c there were only i think 9 students?? (cant even remember right now) anyway, point is that the professor grilled each and everyone of us for three hours straight on things such as UCC 2-207 comment 1 and 2-107 (all subsections and comments) and if we'd answer something he'd ask "where did u get that from?...read to me from the statute and tell me what it says and how u came to ur answer..."
so, we'll respond and he just stands there for what seems an eternity which really is probably not even 1 full minute w/a blank stare and then moves on to the next student.  UMMMMM....was i fucking right dude??

well, before i digress, monday is my last exam and it's not sunday 1:30am.  hoping to pull an "all nighter" which for me i guess means 4am??  dunno. i'll see how long i can last. i need to get this shit down so i can at least pass the class.  i spent most of my time studying immigration law which was our "elective."  an elective class which we had no say in (not complaining, i understand the system in my school and i think it's a great system, but with that said, truth is truth and this "elective" is not something we have a choice in) so, as i was saying, this elective which i studied my ass off for and put in countless hours and even to the day of the exam still wasnt clear on a couple of concepts sucked me dry.  i mean i was so burnt out. i meant to put in some study time for sales last week while i studied for immigration but as the days got closer to that exam, the more i freaked out b/c of some stupid concept i didnt understand or was putting together.  this "elective" which was just a 3 unit class for 10 weeks was one of the hardest classes i've ever had. i felt like i was studying for my contracts final (for the entire year - 30 weeks of material!)

so, here i am just sharing with u that i am studying all day and hopefully all night.  and at this point i just wanna pass man.

and at this point i'm loving my contracts professor b/c thanks to him i get the UCC. that guy was AWESOME.
