...before i forget my username again!
so, this is dead week. first final is in 6 days from now. seems like it's not enough time but truth is it'll never be enough time. in 6 days it's Property final. yesterday and today i've been on civ pro though. figured i'll just finish out the day w/civ pro. i really want to make sure i nail down all the concepts for it. i just now finished nailing down the first 2 qtrs of the year. now i have the last qtr which really isnt much in comparison but its still something. i hope to finish really really fully getting it all today. once i "get it" i'm good to move onto my next step comfortably which would be to write answers and memorize rules. normally, i can do that before i understand ALL the concepts but since i have time i'm doing it this way. totally attainable since its only 2:30pm.
ugh.....then on to property tomorrow. all day for sure w/property. same there. i get all the concepts except there are just 2 i have left. 1 b/c we just learned it so i need to review it and make sense of it and the other - UGH!!!!! friggin DEEDS OF TRUST! since winter qtr its been my demise in this class. so, i have to make sure i fully get that. i spent all tuesday night and all wed day time on it (in addition to the entire winter qtr on it) so, hopefully i have a sense of how to analyze it. the rules are easy. what i'm having trouble is analyzing all the rules w/in a fact pattern. i just fall apart. i emailed a quick outline of my analysis to my professor but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. weird. i hear he is good at getting back to people. well, if he doesnt get back to me by sunday, i'll just ask my friend to go over my outline to see if i was on the right track.
well, right now i just have a 1 track mind ---- FINALS!!!! ugh. i even ran out of toilet paper. i never run out of toilet paper. NEVER!
good news is - it's almost over.
bad news is - as much as i would love to say i feel okay about the exams, i can't b/c just leave it to law school to strip u away of any intellectual dignity u have.
